How the build takes shape
Our process moves in careful stages, starting with design development and body shaping before we hand-form aluminium panels to suit the final lines of the car. We fabricate bespoke body structures, then spend time on panel fitting and alignment because poor gaps can spoil an otherwise beautiful motor car. Traditional metal finishing follows, along with surface refinement that prepares every curve for paint.
We then apply premium paint with colour matching and bespoke options so your chosen finish feels right for the period style or your taste. By the time the body is polished and inspected, you can see the difference that patient workmanship makes.
